Moulded entirely by hand by Singapore artist Victor Tan, this sculpture depicts a parent holding a child in a loving and uplifting manner. It seeks to capture the beautiful moment of  joy both parent and child are experiencing as they bask in the love they give to and receive from each other.

Artist’s Biography

Victor Tan graduated from LASALLE with a Diploma in Fine Arts (Ceramics), and from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts (Sculpture). His chosen medium is wire. Despite being visually-impaired, he has established himself in the art scene as a professional sculptor.
